Acceptance

By using this service — whether as a host creating events or a guest RSVPing — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the service

• You may use this service to create and share personal or professional event invitations.
• You must not use it to send spam, harass others, or distribute illegal content.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the event information you publish.
• You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access other users' data, or exploit security vulnerabilities.

Content

You retain ownership of content you create (event descriptions, photos). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display it to attendees of your event. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Guest RSVPs

RSVP submissions are shared with the event host. By submitting an RSVP, you consent to the host seeing your name, status, message, and any optional information you provide. If you supply an email address, the host may send event-related communications to that address.

Photo wall

Photos uploaded to an event's photo wall are visible to anyone viewing that event page. Only confirmed RSVPs with a valid email are permitted to upload. Do not upload photos of people without their consent.

Availability & liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime or data retention. We are not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Event hosts are solely responsible for the events they organize.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
